Intra Stay is property management software built by Intra Systems for hotels, motels, inns and bed and breakfasts, resorts and lodges, and fractional ownership properties. It runs reservations, housekeeping and billing from one system, and connects directly to the technology we already install and support: guest WiFi, phones and our Intra Answer AI voice service.
What Intra Stay does
- Reservations and rates – a calendar of every room, your own room types and rate plans, and a booking engine for commission-free direct bookings.
- Front desk dashboard – arrivals, departures and balances for the day at a glance.
- Housekeeping and maintenance – see which rooms are ready, which need servicing and which have an issue to fix.
- Secure payments – payments are taken through Stripe and recorded on the reservation, so card details never pass through Intra Stay.
- Guest WiFi – a WiFi access voucher is created at check-in and removed at check-out, automatically.
- Caller ID – when a guest phones, their name and reservation appear on screen before you pick up.
- AI phone answering – Intra Answer answers calls, checks availability, takes bookings and sends payment links when nobody is free to pick up.
- Messages and reports – guest messages in one inbox, and the reports you need to run the property.

Intra Stay is made by Intra Systems in Delta, BC, the same team that has installed phone systems and networks across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland since 1990. It is customized to suit each property, and every client is quoted individually.
